In 2010, the annual reunion of the Leather Tribe will begin on Friday, May 28th. The selection of 32nd man to represent the leather community as International Mr. Leather will take place on Sunday, May 30th. The weekend concludes with an all-out victory celebration Monday 31st at the Black and Blue Ball.

Jon Royce's MightyMen.com celebrated its 12th anniversary in July and he thought this would be a perfect time to give the site a complete make over,  and what a great job he has done. Sunday at 5 p.m., when I walked into the International Mr. Leather Contest it was like walking into a mall of leather stores, you could smell leather everywhere. From the moment I sat down in the auditorium, I could tell IML 31 was going to be a great experience, which it was.

These people are all about family, friends, acceptance, diversity and unity. Never have I felt so welcome in a group of people before in my life. 

There were 54 contestants from everywhere in the US and 10 from other countries.  The opening number was "If my friends could see me now..." and it was preformed excellently by disco diva Linda Clifford (shown below).

Yesterday was basically a party night at International MR. Leather.  After having some dinner in Boystown, we headed to Roscoe, where Nakedsword presented Tim and Roma at Roscoe's  (3356 N. Halsted.) where there was over 30 porn stars and I had a great time.

From there we went the the Lucky Horse Shoe to see the  Men Of Raging Stallion Studios.  the place is well known strip bar in Chicago, and it was packed, so packed we stayed for just a few drinks and then headed to the IML events.
